The feel and sound of the Kawai are totally convincing. Speakers across the back make the sounds realistic. Sound is completely convincing with headphones. I mainly use the SK concert grand settings. Feel of the keys is completely authentic to me, repetitions are precise. This instrument makes one want to practice! The touch controls, ability to shift pitches, and the other functions easy to understand and use.

I can play with headphones without disturbing anyone, as well as play out loud when I want to play for others. The tone and feel are exceptional. Samples are incredible, and the touch is very nice. I love the synthetic ivory keytop surfaces. Living in an apartment makes this a wonderful choice, as I can control the volume, or use headphones. The virtual technichian is particularly nice, as it gives me total control of the touch and tone. Highly recommended. AAA+++
